Description
Mexico La Laja HG EP Honey – Finca La Laja
From the renowned Finca La Laja in Huatusco, Veracruz, this Mexican coffee is produced by the Sampieri family, a respected coffee-growing family with deep roots in the region. Grown in the town of La Laja, Tlaltetela, at elevations of 1,130–1,250 meters above sea level, this Caturra lot is processed using the Honey method, creating a cup with smooth sweetness, gentle fruit brightness, and a rounded body.
In the cup, expect a creamy and sweet profile with notes of cream, brown sugar, honey, milk chocolate, and almond, balanced by a soft lemon-like citrus brightness and delicate floral accents. The honey processing enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and gives it a smooth, comforting finish.
