Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality coffee at reasonable prices for small business owners while contributing to our community. In fact, we dedicate 20% of our profits to support those in need.
Our journey began in 2012 when a seminary student founded “Coffee Lab” in Evanston, IL, driven by a deep love for coffee and compassion for the underserved. What started as a small coffee shop has since grown into a roasting company that serves countless coffee enthusiasts across the Chicagoland area and beyond.
At the helm of our roasting operation is Chris An, our founder and roasting specialist. Chris is committed to ensuring that every cup of coffee we offer meets the highest standards of quality. When you choose our coffee, you’re not just enjoying a delicious brew—you’re also making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
